Linnar Viik

In Mobi, Linnar is responsible for strategic development and new products.
Linnar an Associate professor of intellectual capital theory in Estonian IT College and founder and member of the
Boards of several mobile communications, broadband and software companies.
Former advisor to the Prime Minister of Estonia on ICT, innovation, R&D and civic society issues.
Previously Vice-President and Head of Product Development Division,
TELE2, International Telecommunication and Media Group. Is also Member of the Boards of the
Information Society and Innovation of the Government of Estonia.
Linnar has been writing over 120 articles and 10 reports, mostly on the topics of Knowledge Based
Economy and Implications of Information Society. Also lecturing in universities in Sweden and Estonia.
Member of the international jury of the Stockholm Challenge and Roma Global Junior Challenge.
M.Sc. in Information Technology, Tallinn Technical University, M.Sc. and post-graduate studies
in International Economy, Helsinki University.

Rain Rannu

Rain is responsible for companys strategic and new business development. In addition, he
oversees company´s sales and marketing activities and manages key accounts.
Prior to founding Mobi Solutions, Rain has worked in several innovative enterprises in the
fields of sales (The Southwestern Company), web development (Digu New Media Agency) and project
consulting (Innopolis Ltd).
Rain has a BA degree in Public Administration from the University of Tartu. He has also studied
business at the Maastricht University in Netherlands and entrepreneurship and
technology management on a MBA level at the University of Tartu.
Rain likes to spend his free time by reading and listening to good music, as well as jogging, gym
and playing tennis.

Veiko Raime
Co-founder, Partner, COO, Head of Development
Veiko is responsible for everyday business and financial management of Mobi. He is
also in charge of company´s software development activities and manages the
development team.
Veiko has a degree in Economics (accounting & IT) and has studied
Entrepreneurship and technology management on a MBA level at the
University of Tartu.
Veiko likes everything about motorcycles and once in a while spends his
time windsurfing.

Veljo Otsason

As chief techical officer, Veljo is responsible for developing the technological competence of the company.
Prior to joining Mobi Solutions, Veljo was responsible for the launch of the first commercial
investment portal in Estonia (Investor.ee), as well as managed the development of PriceWaterhouseCoopers corporate
portal.
Veljo has studied technology and computer scinece in BA and MSc level at the University of Tartu and MSc level at the
University of Toronto, Canada.

Janek Pello

Janek is responsibile for the seamless functioning of Mobi services. He
also likes to bring new service ideas to Mobi.
Before joining Mobi, Janek was active with expanding knowledge of mobile
devices and services and mastering Flash. He is finishing his
computer science studies at the University of Tartu.
In his spare time, Janek likes to do sports: anything ranging from rally to flying
fresbee, but most often basketball and football.

Lauri Kinkar
Sales and Project Manager
Lauri handles the everyday sales process and manages client accounts.
Before joining Mobi Lauri worked with the United Nations Association of
Estonia and is presently a member of the Association's council.
Lauri is studying Public Administration at the University of Tartu.
Lauri has studied classical guitar and has been involved in several
experimental rock bands as a percussionist. His passion is ice-hockey
but lately a lot of Lauri's spare time is spent riding a motocross
cycle.
